Additional charges apply to rush and international shipments, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Shipping costs are listed beside each product. If there is no price, you can call to get a quote (this is especially prevalent for the higher weight items). Many products ordered from Finedia.com are shipped directly from the company that manufactures the product, so if you order more than one item, each may arrive in a separate package. However, your single order will reflect the total cost, including shipping, regardless of the number of items you buy.

**IMPORTANT! International shipments are subject to Duties, Taxes, Broker Fees, and Customs Fees in your country. These EXTRA fees are YOUR responsibility and must be paid upon receipt of the shipment. The rules for these fees vary by country, and your local government determines the duty and customs charges.

Canadian Orders:
Canadian orders are subject to duties, taxes are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon receipt of shipment. Contact your customs office for more information on duties, taxes and restricted products. The estimated time of delivery for Canadian orders is 2-3 weeks.

International Orders:
Duties, taxes and customs are the responsibility of the consumer and must be paid upon receipt of the shipment. These rules vary by country, and your local government determines duty and customs charges. All international orders must be paid for by credit card.

All orders are processed between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. (PST), Monday through Friday. Your order will try to be shipped within 48 hours, unless otherwise noted. Please see Shipping Information for delivery and shipping policies.
Though we do our best to make sure the products we offer are always available, we occasionally run out of particular items. If the item you order is unavailable, we'll notify you within 24 hours.

In order to make an exchange please follow the above returns process and place a new order for the items you would like. We handle all exchanges as separate invoices, your return will be credited to your credit card and any new order will be a new charge.
